Intellectual Property Services:

 Registration, Recordation, Prosecution and Protection, in litigation and administrative enforcement proceedings, of Copyrights and Trademarks in the United States and Internationally through our global network of national liaison counsel and representatives. Creation, recordation and assignment of "security interests" in intellectual property as well as licensing, merchandising and sponsorship agreements.
